The Sales building is a designer home, built and decorated with the highest quality materials on the market. In this report, we’ll show you how your home will represent the start of a new life for you and your loved ones.
Foundations, columns, beams and load-bearing walls. Your new home is ready to face everything that lies ahead with you.
The building’s structure and foundations will be made from reinforced concrete.
Exteriors designed to be eye-catching and respect the charm and harmony of their surroundings.
The facade, with simple and modern lines, will maximise outdoor lighting with self-supporting, laminated-plasterboard interior cladding.
The railings on the terrace will combine the opaque parapet with the glass.
Doors and windows to welcome light, ventilation and distinguished guests. The front door to the house will be armoured with a security lock, while the semi-solid wooden interior doors will have a semi-lacquered white finish. Depending on the project, wardrobes will have hinged or sliding doors. They shall be fitted with a luggage compartment shelf and hanging rails, in combination with interior connecting doors.
The exterior doors and windows will be made of aluminium or PVC with thermal break, hinged or sliding, depending on the project. Glazing shall be installed according to energy and acoustic calculations. A compact system of aluminium slat roller shutters shall be installed, except in kitchens and drying rooms.
Bathrooms will be finished in the same colour as the exterior carpentry.
The rooms in your new home will be properly separated and insulated to offer you the right space and atmosphere at all times of the day.
The indoor division of homes is composed of two laminated plasterboard partition walls, one on each side, on a self-supporting structure of galvanised sheet-metal profiles and interior insulation.
In wet rooms, water-repellent boards shall be installed.
A false ceiling will be installed in bathrooms, kitchen and hallways.
We select the flooring that best adapts to all spaces in your home and prepare the ground so that you can enjoy your new home from the moment you set foot in it.
The bedroom and living rooms will be floored with AC-4-rated laminate flooring or ceramic tiles. The bathrooms and kitchens will have large-format ceramic tiled flooring. Terraces will feature anti-slip ceramic stoneware for outdoor surfaces.
The surfaces of your new home are already painted and profiled and, although we love decorating, we´ll leave this part to you.
The entrance hall, living/dining room and bedroom walls and ceilings will be finished with smooth plastic paint. The bathrooms will feature a combination of smooth paint and large-format tiling in wet areas, of the Newker design or similar.
From a freshly brewed coffee to one of your favourite dishes, enjoy the pleasure of eating and taking care of yourself with a rich, varied and balanced diet.
In the kitchen, the walls will be covered with the same stone or Silestone material as the worktop, between the wall and base units. All other walls will feature smooth plastic paint.
It will be furnished with large-capacity wall and base units. They will also be equipped with appliances from well-known brands, stainless-steel sink with mixer taps, ceramic hob, extractor hood and oven.
There´s nothing a restorative shower or a comforting bath can´t fix. Treat yourself to a moment of peace and well-being whenever you need it.
The bathrooms will feature white porcelain sanitary ware from Duravit or a similar brand. Thermostatic mixer taps will be installed in bathtubs and showers.

LED lighting in hallways, independent kitchens and bathrooms.

The mechanical ventilation system will be controlled according to the Spanish Technical Code.
